Union Township Cemeteries:

Blythe Chapel
Durham aka McIntire -
Not a typical hopper cemetery because it's very well kept and not hidden or abandoned, but it was one we could easily take our dad to see. He was curious about what we do when we "hop" a cemetery

Holy Cross
Knowles
Mount Moriah aka Old Lady Cobb -
This is one of the cemeteries we had to visit at night. When we were in our teens we called it Old Lady Cobb Cemetery. I think a woman with the last name Cobb lived out by it somewhere.  We went again in daylight to show our dad. We took our dad to this one because it's easily accessible. We caught him knocking on one headstone because it's made of some kind of metal (possibly zinc) and, because it is hollow, has an eerie sound to it. It definitely holds up well to the weather.
Neipert
Port Gibson
Rutledge -
Not only had it been forgotten, but was almost totally lost. The only couple of stones that are there are lying down, cracked or broken, and were completely covered with weeds until we beat them back. It's another one in the middle of a farmer's field.

St. Lucas
St. Paul's -
There were about 35 headstones in this cemetery, and although it was way out in the middle of nowhere, the cemetery itself was very well kept. The first 2 photos are the drive off the road up to the gate, and the last 2 photos are of a huge spider that I almost walked into when I went outside the cemetery along a path that lead back into the woods. I wanted to check out what the path lead to, but was stopped in my tracks by the huge spider. Yikes. We found this one again squeezed between the strip mine fields.  At the 2nd visit, we had thought this seemed familiar, but were confused as to why. We realized later that we had been here before, the landscape had totally changed due to nearby strip-mining. None of the mine pits you see here are evident any longer. Also interesting is the fact that when we visited this, the very next cemetery we drove to a few miles away was also named St Paul.
Spillman on Mt. Moriah
St. Bernard Snake Run
Walnut Hill -
